I have developed and implemented cost saving initiatives that have been adopted by the entire Technical Team. In addition, through formal training and work experience I have developed an excellent knowledge of electronic concepts and circuitry. Finally, I consistently provide a high-level of customer care, training, and technical support, while meeting the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 90% every quarter and receiving several letters of appreciation.
